One day,I'd like to have a business making cakes. One day I'd like a giant mixer(they are expensive...) maybe two? One for cake mixes one for frosting. But until then,I bake from my mothers kitchen. Fondant,buttercream,whip cream frosting....red velvet,lemon,heavenly white,chocolate,strawberry,cotton candy...ganache,custard,raspberries..I constantly have ideas and recipes floating around my head. I'd loooove to make caKes for people and events. I don't know.maybe I'm not good enough yet. I'll just keep practicing..I fear my family will get sick of cake.haha
